The ITB Berlin show was amazing as usual. I met some extremely interesting and smart people in travel tech, not least Afreda from PK Fare, Rana from Hotelier Coin and Sergey from GP Solutions who are all doing wonderful things in the travel industry. It was great to see our client Smartvel there too.

In between meetings, I had to take time out to check out the entertaining displays put on by tourist industry exhibitions, especially the Whipping boys of Austria which was pretty hair raising! The show just gets bigger and bigger each year but somehow there’s plenty there for everyone. It’s so well organised and the shuttle bus to the airport is a nice addition.
