There will be a lot of very unhappy customers who may decide to switch travel providers when this crisis is all over. I’m talking about the companies that are not offering refunds. It’s tough I know but when we come through the other side of this there will be opportunities for agents and TMCs to capture this market. Now is the time to think about your PR messaging and how you are going to manage this.
