Formerly known as AdInsight, ResponseTap is the UK call tracking company with a range of big brand clients including TUI, Nuffield Health, British Gas and Cox & Kings. The challenge for us was twofold. We needed to educate the market on the benefits of call tracking and how it impacts on digital marketing and then show real examples.
We used a combination of byline articles and case studies to achieve this. We produced the TUI case study which was featured in a multitude of publications from digital marketing like the Drum to specialist travel industry titles like Travolution. The impact this case study has had and others produced by us has been phenomenal.
ResponseTap has since expanded into new markets and in 2012 opened their New York office.
